Technical Support Associate

iMagicLab is the fastest growing software company in Maryland and we have an immediate opening for a Technical Support Associate in our Owings Mills facility. As a Technical Support Associate you are the voice of iMagicLab.

• Provide customer service and technical support via phone
• Provide e-mail ticketing and chat support
• Other duties as assigned

Skills/Qualifications:

• AA or Vocational degree required
• GREAT attitude and phone personality
• Excellent computer skills
• Flexible scheduling (occasional night and weekend work required)

Please note this position starts as a Tier 1 position with room for advancement.
